Accessibility at Elective Labs

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Elective Labs is committed to making our website and platform accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we check new work against that standard as we build it.

Our site includes interactive 3D and animated visuals, and we honor your system's reduced-motion preference: when it is set, the animated home-page scene is replaced with a still image instead of playing.

Known limitation. Our home page tells part of its story through that animated scene, and the accompanying narrative text is currently revealed by the animation itself. This means three groups of visitors receive less of that story than others do: people using screen readers, people who have asked for reduced motion, and people on phones and tablets — because all three are shown the still version, where that text is not currently exposed. It is a real gap and we are not going to describe it as anything else. We are building a plain-text version of the same narrative that is available to everyone regardless of device or motion setting. In the meantime, our team will provide that content in any format you need — just write to us at the address below. Nothing about applying for access, signing in, or using the product itself depends on that scene.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review our site with automated tools and manual checks, and we remediate issues as we find them. We do not claim full WCAG conformance, and we would rather tell you where we fall short than imply we don't.

If you have difficulty using any part of our site or product, or would like this content in another format, contact us at support@electivelabs.org. We aim to respond within two business days and will work with you to provide the information you need.
